We will keep names, addresses, contact details and invoice details for our records.

We will keep a copy of your photographic ID for as long as reasonably required before deleting.

Xero - This data processor does the following activities for us: Store the copies of photographic ID which we have taken from customers who have sold a watch to us or purchased a watch from us.

Royal Mail/Courier – In order for us to send watches to you.

You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one calendar month to respond to you.
