We offer a 12 month warranty with every pre-owned watch that we sell.

If your watch has developed a fault, please contact us. If covered by our warranty, we will repair the watch free of charge.

Our warranty covers mechanical and manufacturing issues and runs in conjunction with any remaining manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, we offer one free battery replacement on every quartz watch that we sell.

The following are excluded from our warranty: wear and tear, theft, leather/fabric straps, loss of watch and damage caused by accident, mishandling/mistreatment and exposure to water beyond the limits specified in our waterproof rating certificate.

Our warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferrable to any subsequent owners. To finalise the sale and validate the warranty, you will need to provide photo ID.
